More than 1mm, keep the distance between the touch screen and LCD at least 0.5mm. Please refer to the recommended structure of the touch screen mounted on the LCD.
Projected capacitors support multi-touch, while surface capacitors only support single-point touch; projected capacitors allow input with gloves and can be operated through a layer of cover glass, neither of which can be done by surface capacitors.
