In 1971, Hirst was also a young teacher at the University of Kentucky Research Foundation. Facing the mountain of teaching work, Hirst decided to develop a new technology to improve work efficiency. As a result, he transformed his three basements into laboratories and workshops. Three years later, Samuel Hirst finally developed a truly transparent touch screen. The American "Industrial Research" magazine rated the touch screen technology as one of the "100 most important new technology products." Soon thereafter, Samuel Hirst established his own company and cooperated with Siemens of Germany to continuously improve this technology.
With each passing day, the touch screen has developed to this day, and it is inseparable from our work and life. It adds a few more interesting things.
